We have various opportunities for people to work as volunteers. We are keen to take on people to undertake Cooking, General Housekeeping, Decorating etc. Volunteers will receive induction and support from all staff. If you are interested,Here are a few suggestions:

Volunteer your time at the sanctuary

* Do you have skills to help maintain the fabric of the building? eg: DIY? Plumbing, painting/decorating, electrical repairs, carpentry etc.

* Are you any good at fund raising? Any help with ideas for developing fund raising activities or just plain help with the existing ones would be much appeciated.

Consider joining our sponsorship scheme

It currently costs many thousands to run the sanctuary for a year - plus all that other volunteer time -even after the, very welcome, gifts and sponsorship. Let us put that into perspective:

*£15 will sponsor a bed for a night

*£50 will pay for meals for a day

*£105 will pay for a bed for a week

*£2,500 will sponsor a bed for the season

*£4,000 will sponsor a place for the winter including meals and support.
